Monitoring - GlobalPost: Effective October 27, 2025, GlobalPost will reinstate normal routing for all services, including for the Global Advantage Program (GAP). The Canada DDP feature will also be reinstated for use. Learn more.
Canada Post: Effective October 11, 2025, Canada Post and the CUPW moved from a full, national strike to rotating strikes. Postal services will start resuming next week, but delays should still be expected due to uncertainty and instability.
Canada Post will first process mail and parcels already in the network. New commercial volumes won’t be accepted until Wednesday, October 15, and on-time delivery guarantees and date-specific Neighbourhood Mail remain suspended. Read more.

Monitoring - To comply with new customs regulations, carriers, including USPS and others, are now requiring six-digit Harmonized System (HS) codes on all international commercial shipments.
Effective September 1, 2025, shipments without these codes may be delayed or rejected by customs authorities.

The earlier AWS-related service disruption has been resolved. Endicia software and API operations have returned to normal as of 15:53 PDT, according to AWS. We’ll continue to monitor for stability, but no further impact is expected.

Endicia software and API may currently be experiencing some performance issues due to the ongoing AWS service issue. We are actively monitoring their status and its impact on our platform. We will provide updates as they become available.

Endicia Engineers have identified an issue that may affect some of our customers' ability to login, as well as see transactions in their Printed Postage History Report, Refund Section, and SCAN Form.
