Our data processing infrastructure is running behind which is causing inaccuracies in the reporting tools. No data has been lost and the system should be caught up shortly.

This incident affected: Endicia Online (Printing postage using a Web Browser), Endicia Downloadable (Print postage using our Windows application), and Endicia Reporting Tools (Postage History, Refunds, SCAN Forms).
